At Podere Le Spighe, nothing is �prepacked�. The simple furnishings, legacy of our past reminds us of our humble origins while bringing all the services ad comforts up to modern standards.
The propert, open 2014, is located in a stock recovery area allowing visitors to spot pheasants, hares and squirrels.
Intimate and personal, the garden, which extends over an area of two hectares, is full of lavender bushes, aromatic plants and white roses. Ancient oaks, maple trees, cypress and olive trees complete the surroundings. Depending on the season, the vegetable garden offers homegrown produce which is used in the kitchen.
The farmhouse features 3 independent rooms each equipped with every comfort (private bathroom with shower, an introductory basket of toiletries, television, air conditioning , insect screens, independent heating system, minibar, safe and WIFI internet access). All the rooms are different. Furnished in a warm and welcoming style, each room enjoys the light and colors of the Tuscan countryside. Towels, hairdryers and kettles (with a wide offer of teas and infusions) are available.

Minimum stay at Podere Le Spighe is 2 nights. Cheques, credit card, paypal account, bancomat or debit cards are not accepted. We accept a 30% deposit. Payment is on arrival.
Upon receipt of payment we will provide a written confirmation of your reservation. Reservations may be cancelled only in writing via email:
Within 20 days before the arrival date, total amount prepaid will be returned
Between 19 and 10 days before the arrival date, 50% of deposit will be retained;
Between 9 days and 1 day before the arrival date, 100% of deposit will be retained
If the guest doesn�t arrive at all,100% of deposit will be retained
