The Mason Cottage was built in 1871 by Edward A. Warne, a wealthy Philadelphia entrepreneur, and is currently listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The same charm and friendly atmosphere created in the last 60 years of guest operations continues today in full force, with some new modern touches we hope you'll enjoy, such as: Wi-fi, Wii video gaming system, guest computer with Internet, 24 hour coffee bar, ice machine and suites with Jacuzzi jet tubs and fireplaces.
All guest rooms have private baths, I-Pod docking stations and flat screen TV's.

Minimum Stay required:
Deposit & Cancellation Info:
A two night minimum stay on the weekends, during the summer-season and holidays is required.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the reservation is required to secure your reservation at the Mason Cottage. To do so, this amount will be charged to the specified credit card with the balance due upon arrival.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Aside from the $25 fee, there are no other additional charges for room cancellations or package plan cancellations with at least 10 days advance notice. No-shows or cancellations made within 10 days of the arrival date will result in a charge equal to the first nights room charge or in the case of package plans... $150.00 per person.
We do allow small to medium size dogs (under 60 lbs) in one pet friendly room (located on the 3rd floor); however, pets are not permitted in any of the public areas of the inn. Guests wishing to bring their pet, must call the inn directly to make their reservation. There is a fee of $35 per night plus taxes for any guest bringing their pet, as special arrangements need to be made for cleaning of the room. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to guest rooms or furnishings by their pet.
