Weaverville's first bed and breakfast inn, the Inn is ideal for those who enjoy a safe location within walking distance, restaurants, shops and art galleries, yet seek a peaceful, quiet, and romantic retreat.
In many ways, time stands still in Weaverville. People gather on the street to discuss families, work, high school football and the change of seasons. Weaverville is a place where the police jiggle doorknobs every evening to make sure shopkeepers remember to lock up. The walkers and joggers exchange "heys" as they pass at Lake Louise. Garden Club volunteers keep downtown plantings a burst of seasonal colors. Area farmers sell their produce, flowers and canned goods at a tailgate market downtown every Thursday in the warm months. Postal carriers deliver letters even when the address has been left off the envelope. There are two parades a year to commemorate the events dearest to the hearts of Weaverville residents, Christmas and North Buncombe High School Homecoming. Weaverville is only six miles from downtown Asheville, but its pace and values are generation away.

Room rates are based on Double Occupancy. Additional persons are $25.00 per night.
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.
A CANCELLATION FEE equaling 50% of your total reservation will be charged, if your reservation is canceled less than SEVEN DAYS prior to your arrival.
A confirmation obligates the guest for the entire length of reserved stay. No refund for late arrival or early departure.
Early departure/not showing up requires full payment of your reservation.
