BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Initial bookings will be held tentatively for up to 5 days. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. All credit card transactions will incur an administration fee of 1.5% and no less than $5.00. Deposits made by cheque or direct deposit must equal 1 nights stay. In the event of cancellation 7 days notice is required. (14 Days in high season & for long weekends) If sufficient notice is given deposits will be refunded, minus an administrative charge of $30 per booking. If notification is received in less than the required time, a minimum of one (1) night�s accommodation or up to half of the total booking will be charged in low season and a minimum of one (1) nights accommodation and up to the total cost of the booking will be charged in high season. Short notice cancellations/re-bookings are charged 1 nights stay. A new deposit is required and final payment for the rebooking will be adjusted by the booking/cancellationfee of $30.
