The main residence is built of marble stone mined in the Angaston area. The property offers quality accommodation in 2 Spa Garden Suites and Self contained comfort in an historic Coach House and a Spa Apartment. The emphasis at Strathlyn is on tranquillity and privacy for adults. A total of 8 can be accommodated on the property but as couples in each of the 4 places on the 5 acre property.The self contained accommodation, whether the Coach House or the Apartment and the Spa Suites are equipped to make a stay at Strathlyn, relaxing and comfortable. Novels, board games, a selection of DVD�s or Video�s,outdoor table settings, a full array of toiletries, bathrobes and slides, tea and coffee with biscuits, are all extras to make a visit comfortable and "special". Naturally, R/C airconditioning as well as fans and heaters, Queen sized beds, electric blankets, comfortable lounges and refrigerators are included. The self contained accommodation has kitchen facilities to prepare breakfast with the provisions provided. An easy meal at other times can be prepared, or restaurants and cafes in the local area offer a host of options. Two restaurants are within walking distance during the summer months.The historically interesting little town of Angaston is only a kilometre away and has a range of services for the traveller as well points of interest.
