50% by check or Credit Card number to hold reservation. If cancellation is less than 10 days prior to arrival, payment in full will be charged unless the room is re-booked. A cancellation of more than 10 days in advance will not be charged or will be refunded. A $10 service fee will be retained with each cancellation.
