Refunds for individual bookings will be made only if cancellations are made fourteen (14) days in advance of the arrival date. If a cancellation must be made inside these specified cancellation windows, we regret that a deposit refund is not possible under any circumstances. In addition, deposits will not be refunded to guests in “no show” or early departure circumstances
