Deposit & Cancellation Info:
Minimum stay is two nights.
During specials events, the minimum is five nights. Stay seven nights and receive the 8th at no charge.
Deposit Policy Off Season: one night to be charged to a Credit Card and the Balance upon arrival during off season.
Deposit Policy On Season: One night to be charged to a Credit Card to basically hold the room for a short period of time. Then guests must have their deposit paid up to 50% soon after booking but before 30 days of Guests Arrival as the balance, the total of your charges must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
These reservations are for a special event period which is in High Demand. Therefore at the time of reservation a 50% deposit is required and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. In order to receive a refund you must contact us prior to the 30 day of your arrival and when the balance is due. There will be a $50 cancellation fee as well.
