The Dawkins House is nestled in the heart of South Overton National Historic District. This Craftsman home built in 1929 offers a quiet, home-like atmosphere with three guest rooms that are furnished in period furnishings. Guests may enjoy such amenities as listening to oldies but goodies on the Victrola, relaxing on the large covered porch, barbequing in the back yard, or taking a walk to the neighborhood park only a few steps from the house. Our goal - to bring joy and contentment into the lives of our guests, so that their stay will be a memorable one.
