The Fleur-de-Lys Mansion will provide you with a full refund minus a $ 25 service charge for cancellations seven or more days prior to the date of arrival. In cases of cancellation with less than seven days advance notice, you will be responsible for the charges associated with all nights booked. A refund will be possible only if the room is re-rented. Multiple room reservations require a twenty-one day notice of cancellation
