Post and beam construction, chestnut beams, wood ceilings, and a 12 foot stone fireplace are your first impressions upon entering this stately 1790 home. A feeling of warmth comes over you as you experience a true New England B & B. All guestrooms have their own bathrooms and air conditioning. Selected rooms have private porches, fireplaces, and a 2-person jaccuzzi. We also have two suites available. Four poster beds adorn 3 of the rooms and most beds are queen size. The Inn also has a lovely wrap around porch with 6 rocking chairs, and a separate wicker chair seating area for two overlooking the park. We are close to many great restaurants, live theatre, museums, the ocean, casinos, hiking trails, 400 antique stores and of course the beautiful lower Connecticut River Valley.
