One night stay, except Cottage and Holiday Weekends(2 Night stay).One night deposit when making reservation,three days or more 50% deposit. Exceptions: Private Parties and Weddings. Cancellation policy: We have (14 day) cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel do so before the 14days prior to your scehuled arrival date, you will be refunded your deposit, less a $25.00 admin fee. If you cancel within the 14 days of your scheduled arrival date there is a forfeiture of the deposit as well as, the entire booked dates-unless we are able to resell the room. Should you need to depart prior to you departure date, you will be responsible for the entire stay.
