Deposit & Cancellation Info:
Cancellation-With at least 7 days advance notice (30 days during holidays and special events- No cancellation during Fall Foliage) we will refund your money less a $50 administrative fee. With not sufficient advance notice we will charge 1 night's stay or 50% of the total stay (whichever is greater) unless we are able to re-book your room, then we only charge the $50 fee.
