Carved into 65-million-year-old Ojo Alamo Sandstone, Kokopelli's Cave is situated 70 fee below the surface of a west facing vertical cliff. Flagstone balcony leads inside to plush carpeted living areas, where a large central pilar divides the circular open area into separate living areas. The bedroom has a doublewide sliding glass door out to a balcony where you can view the Four Corners and the La Plata River Valley. The spacious livingroom has TV/VCR, a selection of videos and a futon couch that sleeps two additional people. The cave has a den with a kiva fireplace adjacent to the full-service kitchen. Double door refridgerator, microwave, stove, oven, sink. Barbque on the balcony for grilling is also available. The bathroom has a remarkable jacuzzi/waterfall shower for a relaxing adventure after a day of exploring the southwest.
