Two night minimum stay on weekends except during quiet seasons. 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Refunds (less 10% service fee)will be made if cancellations are made 14 days in advance of arrival date. Within the cancellation period, deposits are not refundable but may be used for a stay which occurs within six months of cancelled arrival date.
