The Terra Nova House has been operating as a Bed and Breakfast since 1998. Visitors have come from all over the United States, Canada, and several foreign countries, making it one of the leading establishments of its kind in the Mercer County area.
In April of 2004 your hosts, Barry and Sandy Miller, left the business world behind and followed their dream of owning a Bed and Breakfast. “We have always enjoyed having friends and family in our home. Running our own Bed and Breakfast was a natural extension of that. We want all of our guests to feel at home and enjoy their stay with us.”

A deposit for one nights stay or 50% of the stay is required for each room reserved.
The balance is due at check in.
A two (2) night minimum stay is required on holidays and college activity weekends.
A premium, equal to 50% of the single nightly rate, will be charged
for single night stays on these days.
Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival date (30 days required for holidays and college activities related weekends).
If you find it necessary to cancel, we will make every effort to fill your room,
and if successful we will return your deposit, less a twenty-five dollar ($25) service charge.
We offer 3 months to rebook without loss of deposit. Early departures will be
handled as any other cancellation if the room cannot be rebooked.
Cancellations will only be honored if you have spoken directly with the innkeepers
and have received a cancellation number.
