All reservations of two nights or less require a one nights deposit plus tax or 50%-whichever is greater.
Because of our small size, cancellations effect us significantly, therefore we adhere to a very strict policy. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of guests actual arrival or departure date. In the event of a cancellation, deposit will be refunded if The Chateau is notified more than 10 days before arrival. Should notification be made less than 10 days before arrival, all deposit payments will be forfeited unless the space can be rerented for the entire reserved period. All cancellations are subject to a $20 handling charge.
