There is a two night minimum for weekend stays.
All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a charge of $25.00 for each additional person in a room or suite. All rates subject to 8% New Hampshire room and food tax. All reservations must be guaranteed by payment of one night's rate by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Travelers Checks.
Should you need to cancel, you will be charged a $20.00 fee per room per night. If you need to cancel your reservation within 14 days of your expected arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of your stay, unless we are able to re-sell your room.
