4 days notice. Lack of notice will result in forfeit of deposit or one night charged to your credit card unless we are able to resell the room night or have not declined any potential reservations.
Stampede Reservations 31 days or more.
1. The Reservation is fully paid in advance, if cancelled with more than 31 days notice the monies will be refunded less $100.00 Admin Fee.
2. If the Reservation is cancelled with 31 days or less no refund unless I am able to resell the rooms then I am able to refund the monies less $100.00 Admin Charge.
Check-In & Check-Out Times Special arrangements can be made if these times are not convenient. Check In: from 4:00 PM [1600 hrs]. Please provide an estimate time of arrival at time of booking.
During the busy summer season a reservation for single night made more than 2 weeks in advance may not be taken.
