New Hope is a charming, late Victorian home located in Bristol, amidst the Blue Ridge foothills of northeast Tennessee. On the corner of a quiet tree-lined street, lies this intimate and tranquil home of Tonda and Tom Fluke. The large, two-story house was constructed around 1892. Its expansive ceilings, transom doors and hardwood floors are typical of the period architecture.
A game room equipped with a pool table offers additional opportunities for entertainment and relaxation.
Each of New Hope’s rooms is equipped with a private bath, air conditioning, television and a writing desk. Guests also have complete use of the relaxing parlor and dining room where board games are stored.
Bristol is the home of Bristol Motor Speedway, King College and Virginia Intermont College. New Hope offers a discount to those visiting the colleges. For the fisherman, New Hope is just 5 miles to South Holston Lake yet New Hope is only 1 1/2 miles to the downtown of Bristol.
