Views from each room to the Organ Mountains and looking up the Braided Waiau river are fantastic and commented on by all our guests. We have our own private walk to "The Peak " a half hour walk for the energetic giving panaramic views over the entire Hanmer Basin. With our own small flock of sheep, working sheep dogs, Charlotte the goat and Ginnie our elderly Jack Russell there is plenty to see & do. Jet boating and River rafting & Bungy jumping 5 mins away. Complimentary access to theHanmer Springs Thermal Reserve & mins, Horse riding, forest walks and numerous other activities all a short drive from the Lodge.
