We ask that all rooms be held with a credit card at the time of reservation. There are no charges to the card till after the guest has left the cottages. Our cancellation policy is 7 days proir to arrival. If cancled within the 7 days to the reservation 50% of the room will be charge. If the room is resold before the stay there will not be any charges to the room.
