For most guests, breakfast begins with a cup of steaming coffee - roasted locally and ground daily. Tea lovers can expect a variety of fine teas. Guests are treated to juice and fruit, followed by a full breakfast that changes daily but is always hot and prepared with fresh ingredients. Depending on your mood, eat in our dining room, sunroom, or garden patio. Cottage guests are treated to a delivered breakfast.

Most weekends require a 2-night minimum. Holiday periods require a 3-night minimum. A credit card number is required to hold reservations. All cancellations are subject to a $25/room fee. Cancellations for one room made within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged for each reserved night, unless the room is rebooked. When multiple rooms are booked, the cancellation period increases by 5 days for each additional room. This policy also applies to early departures.
