A full American style breakfast is included for all stays of a week or less. Stays longer than a week, breakfast is included for two days. Additional days can be added at a nominal charge.

Deposit & Cancellation Info:
Deposit: A 30% deposit is required with balance due upon arrival. No refund for early departure. Cancellation: Stays of less than 1 week - within 7 days of planned arrival. Stays of 1 week or more - within 60 days. There is a $25.00 processing fee for any cancellation in addition to any deposit forfeiture.
