Iason Studios is a unique building, renovated originally in 1999 and then in 2005 and is situated on the west side of the old town,in the heart of the old Venitian harbour.So, you can easily find your way to sunny beaches, clear waters, very busy or isolated places, and even high mountains with a breathtaking view.
On the other hand if you prefer to have a break in Hania in wintertime, you have one more reason to come to our studios, as we alone in the whole old town offer central heating, ideal for long time renters!

Iason Studios has in each room a kitchenette with all the necessary utensils where you can prepare yourself almost everything!Nevertheless, if your prefer to be served for your meal there is a coffee shop-bakery just opposite, where you can have your breakfast with an extra 5 dollars, per person.
Also there are numerous other coffee shops, restaurants, bars and mini-markets just near-by, where you can find all sorts of food: local or international.

Deposit required-25% on booking, paid in a bank account.Balance paid on arrival.
SPECIAL OFFER:10% off,for second week, and 20% off for third week on normal rates on any period.
Extra 10% discount on early bookings(at least 8 weeks in advance).
NOTE: November to March rates are negotiable-according to number of persons and length of stay.
Because there are usually longer time renters during winter, so we have a different arrangement in that case, with a major 50% discount (from November to May)700 dollars/month.
All inclusive except central heating.
On cancellation, deposit is returnable ONLY twelve weeks before arrival date.
