Breakfast begins with freshly prepared fruit followed by a cooked course. This may be crêpes filled with sautéed fruit & served with a special fruit sauce and fresh yoghurt, or French toast with cinnamon apple sautéed in a unique cranberry orange sauce and drizzled with locally produced maple syrup or Eggs Benedict (using our own Hollandaise recipe) served with herbed tomatoes and dusted with parmesan cheese or a variation of ‘English cooked’ with bacon, eggs, herbed hash brown potatoes, seasoned tomatoes and sautéed mushrooms. “Conversation and laughter is key for us to know that breakfast was enjoyed by all”
