Elizabeth's Place can sleep five -- two each in the two bedrooms and a single in the study. There's a living room, a diningroom which can seat 12, bath with clawfoot tub and shower, and a large eat-in kitchen recently redone with all first-rate additions -- Dacor oven, Fisher Paykel dishwasher, Sub Zero refrigerator, and Corian counters and sink.
Alice's Annex also is a complete apartment with a kitchenette, dining nook, book-filled study, livingroom, bath with tub and shower, and even a complimentary front-loading washer and dryer. Up to seven could sleep here.
These two main apartments share a connecting door, so they could convert to one huge unit which would sleep up to 12.
Kristina's Suite The entrance is through our kitchen door; the bedroom is to the right and the private bathroom with tub and shower to the left. The bedroom has a full-sized bed, a desk, a closet, and television. A door which would normally lead to the rest of the apartment is kept locked while we have guests in our home, so this is a private three-room suite (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom). We restrict our forays into the kitchen to when our guests are out -- it's a great excuse to eat out! However, we have a declawed cat who comes into the kitchen or bathroom, so this would only be for guest(s) not allergic.
