These quaint, picturesque cottages in the Great Smokies offer quests a refreshing change of accomodations and a place of peace and tranquility. Built in the 1930's of native stone, log and brick, each is unique in its own way. All have fireplaces, porch swings, ceiling fans, modern bathrooms and completely equipped electric kitchens with coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator and all homemaking needs. The Romancer Cottages have a king bed and jacizzi tub and sauna. One and two bedroom cottages have double beds and most have a sleeper sofa in the living room. The sparkling brooks, magnificent undisturbed woodlands and waterfalls that surround the cottages remain the most impressive thing about the property and provide a naturally scenic setting perfect for relaxing. While there are no TV's or phones, guests can unwind from their days of exploring and enjoy use of the campfire and BBQ area, game room, nature trail, stocked trout pond and Spa and Sauna Bungalow. Mountain Brook is a place for all seasons.

Deposit & Cancellation Info:
Reservations within 7 days will be held with a Visa or Mastercard with the total due at check in in Cash or Travelers Checks. Outside 7 days, we will hold the reservation pending the receipt of a deposit. The deposit is for half of the lodging amount (unless guest is only staying 1 night). Then the deposit is for the 1 night. 30 day cancellation policy for refund of deposit less 20% Bookkeeping fee. Otherwise deposit is forfeited.
Some Holidays and weekend we do have a 2 night minimum.
