Deposit & Cancellation Info:
You are important to us as our guest, and your reservation is important to our business. One night's deposit (by check or credit card) guarantees your reservation and is applied to your bill at check-out. We will retain a $50 cancellation fee for reservations cancelled for any reason. Abbreviated stays (late check-ins or early check-outs) will incur full room charges for all nights reserved. For all reservations during peak foliage season (9/22 - 10/15), Middlebury College weekends, federal holiday weekends, and any reservation cancelled within 21 days of scheduled arrival, we regret that deposits are non-refundable.
