A special feeling exists at Tilden's Landing. It's left over from the good times people have had visiting here for almost two centuries- the Fourth of july parties on the great lawn, the romances that have blossomed here and lasted for lifetimes. Perhaps it's the echoes of piano music in the parlor, or just the cape breeze which keeps us cool all summer long. We offer an affordable escape from the everyday rush and roar. The tradition of fine dining will return to the Inn with the opening of our Mayflower Restaurant. We will be open for our guests and the public. You can enjoy a complete evening meal in the comfort of a Cape Cod dining room. Each featured menu du jour will offer a selection to satisfy every appetite served in an atmosphere which will make every evening feel like "Sunday dinner at our house". Coming soon.

Deposit & Cancellation Info:
Minimum stay requirement: Two nights on weekends; three nights on holiday weekends.
Reservations for two nights require an advance deposit equal to the full tariff for the stay. Reservations for three or more nights require advance deposit of 50% of the tariff for the stay. All deposits are due at the time the accommodation is reserved and are applied to the last nights of the reserved stay. Balance of the accommodation tariff is due on arrival. All reservations are subject to 9.7% state/local taxes. The advance deposit guarantees that a room will be reserved for the entire time requested and also assures the Inn that the accommodation is sold as confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received no less than 14 days prior to the intended arrival date. If notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit only if we are able to re-let your accommodation. A processing charge of $25 will be made for all cancellations, regardless of reason, or amount of advance notice. Deposits will be forfeited if you arrive after specified arrival date, or depart before final date of reservation.
