The Innkeepers live just down the road to help you with anything you may need. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room with tv/vcr, cd/stereo player, videos, games, books, magazines, etc., a full sized, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a huge front porch with patio set and hammock with views of Lake Travis and the wonderful ancient limestone cliffs. On the back deck guests have their own private Hot Tub along with a patio set and propane gas grill.
Guests may also arrange to have Massages right in the cottage.
Guided Fishing Excursions are also available to our Guests. The Cottage also make a great place for a Ladies Getaway for up to 4 women.

Deposit & Cancellation Info:
2 Night Minimum---3 Night Minimum on Holidays. 1/2 amount of reservation due when reservation is made. Final 1/2 due 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $25.00 Cancellation Fee Plus 3% of the 1/2 the amount of the Reservation Deposit shall be charged if you cancel once reservation has been made (if deposit is paid with by credit card). If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations.
