Our signature dish is German apple pancake. A special pancake batter poured into a very hot, buttered cake pan, swirled with thin apple slices then cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top. When baked to a golden brown, serve with hot apple cider syrup. Yummy! Liked by both children and adults.
