Deposit & Cancellation Info:
We require a minimum stay of three nights. A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Deposits can be made in two ways: By credit card via PayPal or personal check (see more info on our website). The balance must be paid in Mexican Pesos or U.S. Dollars upon your arrival.
Cancellations will be gladly accepted up to 21 days prior to arrival with a full refund; after that time, we will refund your deposit only if we are able to rent your room. There will be no refunds for early departures.
