Hamilton Heritage B & B operates from an early 1900 brick and stucco Californian Bungalow featuring Edwardian stained glass windows, high ornate ceilings, original polished wood surround fireplaces.
Our rooms are light and airy.
"The Kimberley" features a black iron queenbed with lace canopy and white queenanne dressingtable and wardrobe. A white wicker work station with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The room catches the morning sun through beautiful coloured glass Edwardian casement window. This room is airconditioned for your comfort, you will find iron/ironingboard, tv and also a fan .
The ensuite features a stained glass window.
This room is suitable for a single or double stay.
"The Tranquillity" is a spacious room with polished timber and black iron four poster queen bed, with polished desk, dressingtable and wardrobe. The stained glass window catches the late afternoon sun, there is a work station for tea/coffee making with a fridge. The room has airconditioning for your comfort with ceiling fan/light, iron/ironingboard and tv.
The ensuite has bath/shower and stained glass window.
This room is suitable for single or double stay, there is room extra beds or cot for small children.
"The Grandiloquent" has high ornate ceilings with ceilingfan/light the stained glass window catches the late afternoon sun, this room has a double plus single bed and small sofa with working original fireplace.

overnight, we require credit card details to hold bookings if this is not available then a cheque deposit of 50% of stay is required.
Our cancellation policy is in force within a 36 hour period then a 30% of the accommodation fee will be taken.
