Deposit & Cancellation Info:
Minimum stay 2 nights; 3 nights over holidays.
Reservations for 3 nights or less must be accompanied by full payment. For longer stays, a 50 percent deposit is required, with the balance payable upon arrival.
Cancellations: There is a $25 non-refundable cancellation charge. Cancellations must be made 14 days before arrival date to ensure a full refund (less $25 cancellation charge). If cancellation is less than 14 days, a refund will be given only if the room is re-rented.
