The Bed and Breakfast at Oliver Phelps requires a 2 night stay on weekends and holidays during the peak season(May through October)and has a 14 day advance cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled or changed within the 14 days full payment will be charged unless the room/rooms can be rebooked.
