Blanco River House is rented as a whole house vacation rental. Invite your friends and/or family and enjoy the privacy of whole house vacation rental. All amenities necessary to make your stay comfortable and luxurious are provided, including all bedding, towels, linens, cooking utensils, small kitchen appliances, china and silverware.
The Vacation Rental rate does not include any meals and applies for to groups of 12 people or less. An additional charge of $20.00 per additional person applies to larger groups, occupancy is limited to 16 people.
$395.00 per night, plus tax. Two night minimum stay, three night minimum stay on holidays required.
Rate is not seasonal and no corporate or group association discounts apply.
Discounts for extended stays begin after five nights.

Blanco River House accepts individual room reservations on weeknights beginning Tuesday through Thursday. The room rate includes a sumptuous gourmet breakfast, served in the dinning area, prepared with seasonal, fresh, organic when possible, ingredients. Individual room rates range from $145.00 to $125.00 per night depending on the room chosen. Kitchen is not available to Bed and Breakfast guests. No minimum stay requirements.
there is a 30-day cancellation policy on whole house rental. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in a one night’s rental charge on the Visa you have used to secure the reservation. Cancellation within 10 days of arrival is non-refundable.
Traditional Bed and Breakfast reservations are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of arrival.
