1 bedroom, sleeping 4: Rents weekly Saturday to Saturday. 20% deposit on credit card. Lease, Security depost, cleaning fee required. Subsequent split payments by check with payment in full 8 weeks priors to arrival. All payments non-refundable. Reservation non refundable 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation: refund given minus initial deposit if same dates can be rebooked.
Suite: 3 night minimum w/ 20% non refundable deposit. Balance due on arrival in cash, travel checks. 1 month cancel notice.
