Located on five acres atop a wooded hill on the outskirts of urban Victoria. On a clear day, Mount Baker is visible to the east, rising above the hills of Cordova Bay and the San Juan Islands. Our bed and breakfast is located about midway between downtown Victoria and Butchart Gardens. We offer clean and modern accommodation in a park-like setting that is quiet and scenic. We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable products for cleaning.
Every morning we serve a healthy, hearty, hot, home-cooked breakfast with our own bread, muffins and jams. The eggs we use are always free-range and most of the ingredients we use are organic.

No charge if room cancelled 5 days or more prior to reservation date or if we are able to rent the room to other guests.
We will only charge for nights we are unable to rent a room held for you to within 5 days of the dates you had reserved.
