The private guest accommodations include the comfort of the 1810 style Keeping Room with original beehive oven, over stuffed furniture, TV/VCR, movies, games and books for entertainment. The dining room offers a guest amenity cabinet filled with the conveniences of your own kitchen; dishes, silverware, stemware, microwave, coffee, tea, snacks and a refrigerator stocked with fruit juice, soda and bottled water.
For outdoor tranquility there are several areas with abundant gardens for your enjoyment. The open front porch includes wicker seating. In the back, you can sit quietly on the screen porch or outside rockers and listen to the water in the koi pond and the distant ringing of church bells. On the side of the house there are small wooded trails with several benches for a moment of solitude. Or take your favorite book and swing peacefully in the hammock under the ancient black walnut trees.
Recycle, reuse, reduce. Abner Adams House strives to be a "Green B & B", from the bulk soap dispensers and amenities, to the recycle bins in the guest area. Look for our environmentally friendly items through out the Inn.

A hearty country breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast always includes: Fruit Juice, Fresh Fruit Appetizer, homemade Baked Pastries, and a hearty Country Entrée,such as French Toast Praline or a Seasonal Veggie Fritta, along with ham, bacon or sausage, Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, and Milk. Requests for special dietary needs may be requested at the time of reservation. Specializing in Gluten Free menu. Fresh baked cookies, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are always complimentary.

Deposit & Cancellation Info:
Deposit: Payment for one night is required at the time of reservation. The remainder of payment is due at check in.
Cancellation: Payment is fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made within 14 days and the room is rebooked a full refund will be given. We make every effort to rebook the room. If the room is not rebooked, no refund will be given. All cancellations or date changes are subject to a $25.00 fee. There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.

*Children are welcome if 12 years or older; well-behaved younger children will be allowed with special permission only if the entire Inn is booked by the same family or group.
*Abner Adams House has a strict non-smoking policy which we enforce for the safety and comfort of all our guests. We do not allow smoking, candle burning or incense in any of our guest rooms or common areas in the house. There are 2 designated smoking areas outside the inn.
*Occupancy is based on two people per room. Additional guests are $25 per night
*Social drinking allowed. You may bring your own beverage, glasses and ice are provided for your convenience.
*Special dietary needs, such as vegetarian, gluten free or lactose free, will be met when requested at time of reservation.
