One night stays are welcome at no additional charge during the week. A two night minimum stay is required when renting the whole Inn. A reservation deposit of the first nights charge or 50% of the total booking, if the stay is more than one night, is required when the reservation is made. Cancellations must be made two-week in advance, for deposit to be returned. This requirement will be waved when the cancellation is due to an immediate Family emergency or uncontrollable circumstances due to weather or travel conditions. In all cancellation cases a $50 processing fee will be retained from the deposit.
