A White Jasmine Inn bed and breakfast is located in downtown Santa Barbara on a tree lined residential neighborhood and in the theater and arts district. Including the main house there are three houses which make up the inn. Although each of these has it's own grounds all guests may access the main house common areas.
Each of the three houses feature unique architecture, tastefully decorated accommodations---ranging from tastefully playful to romantically elegant, and quaint grounds.
The inn also offers delightfull amenities---all complimentary. You may reserve and privately use our outdoor Jacuzzi behind the main house with a provided handsome robes. Many rooms also have a whirlpool or Jacuzzi tub, indoor or outdoor, or a spa shower. We also provide a full, hot in-room breakfast each day which may be taken behind the main house or, depending upon the accommodation, other areas. We require a minimum of two nights for those who wish to stay on Saturdays and for some major holidays and/or local special event periods and, on occasion, three nights for certain events.
We typically require the first nights payment as a security deposit and the balance, if any, on the date of check-in. There are a few exceptions to this rule.
A reservation is typically cancelable up to seven days prior to the date of check-in whereby the deposit or payments is refunded minus our cancellation fee (please see our website for this amount). There are a few exceptions to this rule.
