30% of the cottage rental amount to be given from a credit card when you reserve. The balance is to be given one month prior to arrival. The refundable deposit is to be given 14 days prior to arrival and refunded within 7 days after departure, in the event that every material thing and policy has been respected.
Cancellation Policy
a.. If you cancel 60 days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus 75 $ for administration. b.. If you cancel after 60 days prior to arival, your deposit will be refunded minus 75 $ , only if we rent the cottage again. c.. If you cancel after the last payment (one month prior to arrival), we keep the deposit and the final payment will be refunded minus: -Minus 20 % if you cancel 28 days before your arrival. -Minus 50 % if you cancel 15 days before your arrival. -Minus 100 % if you cancel 7 days before your arrival. *** These amounts will be refundeded minus 75 $ for administration, in the event that we are able to rent the cottage again.
