Deposit & Cancellation Info:
Minimum stay on weekends and holidays of 2 days, but do call because one night stay rooms are frequently available.
Reservation is guaranteed with a credit card for 7 days (while we wait for your check for the deposit for 1/2 amount) This is due for two or more night bookings, whole amount for single night bookings. The deposit is taken on credit card at the time if the reservation is made less than 14 days before arrival.
$20 booking fee is required on all cancellations
Reservations must be cancelled 10 days prior to the arrival date for a refund. If cancellation is made less than 10 days before your reservation date you will forfeit the full amount of your reservation unless your room(s) can be re-rented for the entire reservation. If the vacancy is filled, you will receive a refund less a $20 booking fee. (In other words, unless we can rebook the nights you have cancelled, you will be responsible for paying for them in full. We do our best to fill the rooms in your stead.) If cancellation is made 10 days or more before your reservation date you will be refunded less a $20.00 processing fee.
No shows and early departures will be charged in full. (In other words, if you leave before the date scheduled for departure or if you do not show for your reservation on the date scheduled for arrival, you will be charged in full).
